- Cancellation of booking:
- At least 31 days prior to check-in date - no charges apply
- Less than 30 days prior to check-in date - a cancellation fee of USD 50 applies
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in date - entitlement will be forfeited
- Guest Certificate fee of USD 39 is applicable if accommodation is assigned to a person/s other than the registered buyer
- Non-refundable and not valid during peak seasons or major holidays
